More on Ashton Lundeby

Here is an update on Ashton Lundeby, a homeschooler taken by the FBI:

The FBI have had him for two months, with no announced progress. It is starting to look more and more like the FBI messed up and they are slow to admit it.

(Update I - 7 May 09)
It looks like there is a chance Ashton might be guilty.

Grigg et al need to come clean and admit they were taken in by a disingenious mother. As has been pointed out, law enforcement has plenty of evidence on this delinquent and he is NOT being held under any provision of the Patriot Act. Asheton has been held in a juvenile facility awaiting trial. He has had several court appearances and has had a lawyer appointed. "Mom" had best keep her mouth shut as well as she knowingly allowed this activity and contributed to his criminal acts.

William Grigg has posted an updatet.

Just to be clear, the law officials are claiming they have enough evidence. That doesn't make it so.

One of the news articles reported that a whole church congregation were with the boy when one of the bomb threats was suppose to be made, so I'm a bit hesitant to give up on the boy.

Do you have any evidence that the mother contributed to his criminal acts?

It will be interesting to see how this unfolds.
