Chess is a fun game. Go is also a good game. The two are both very challenging, in different ways. Chess has a smaller board with a variety of pieces. Go has a larger board with just a single piece. This article Computers just can't seem to get past Go is about how computer scientists have been able to create programs which beat master chess players, but haven't yet been able to do the same with Go. It would be interesting to know just how many man hours have been put into developing chess programs vs. the number of hours on Go.

I think anyone who cares about the Harry Potter series knows by now that Dumbledore died in book six. In a recent interview JK Rowling said that Dubledore is definitely dead.
