Panel: Newspace Lessons Learned - Gary Hudson, Henry Spencer, Henry Vanderbilt

Henry S. – when setting up a regulatory time bomb, be careful about the length of the fuse
Henry V. – everything always takes longer than you plan for.  Have lots of backup plans.
Gary – He said best to avoid investors.  When he took money from investors he lost money.  When he tried to bootstrap up using customer’s money he made money.
Henry V. – you can’t have too much data. Cameras are cheap.
Henry S. – when gathering data it is good to have the time sequence nailed down.  When debugging a problem know the sequence of events can be key.
