Alex Saltman is here to talk about the non-engineering issues of getting into space. A lot of those issues are political in nature. There are currently 45 companies. Commercial Spaceflight Federation (CSF) has been growing.
One of the goals is to make launches boring. Currently thousands and maybe even millions will watch a launch. CSF want to change the focus to the mission of the launch. They work with NASA to encourage it to be friendlier to private business. CSF is also trying encourage the government to simplify regulations.
