Another reason to homeschool - so government schools don't warp children's sense of justice
The Latest Education Fad Inverts Justice is a good column about a new program in public schools which teaches children to sympathize with both the victim and the criminal.
I do wonder at time what happened to our nation's moral compass. It used to be that we condemned bullies. Now like Willy Wonka society merely tells children to "Stop, don't do that." until the children become adults at which point we throw them in jail.
I think we would have a lot fewer people in prison if we quickly stopped children from being bullies.

Sounds like a great way to make victims *more* vulnerable to bullies. I think these programs are invented by people who were never bullied themselves.
