Mississippi Judge Joe Walker demanded the names of all homeschoolers in his judicial district. Correctly there were many who were outraged. Just because he is a judge doesn't mean he gets to go on fishing expeditions.
The current status is the state Supreme Court issued a stay in all proceedings in the case and Judge Walker has to explain to them by the 18th exactly why he should be able to have information on all homeschoolers.
