Blogging will continue to be light
Last week my doctor diagnosed me with having a rotator cuff sprain. As part of the recovery process I've cut way back on typing. It looks like I may need another week or two, so blogging will continue to be light.
A friend of mine was having complications with carpal tunnel syndrome and she asked friends on twitter if they would come to her rescue and contribute guest posts. It was great for everyone involved. She got a variety of perspectives on her blog and all of us got links and new readers. :)r

Henry, have you ever heard of BioTools from AdvoCare? My husband's been taking them and has recovered full ROM...
Heal quickly...
