Since the death of Christ much of Europe has been Christian, especially after 300 to 500 AD. There were several instances in the Middle Ages where Islam tried to conquor Europe, but was fought back. It looks like now Europe is just giving up:

I have shared this video with a number of people, and we all found it rather worrisome. If the race of the population of a country changes overtime, so be it, but it is not just the racial makeup that changes, it is the culture - a point driven home by this video.
