We watched Harvey with our daughters so they could see this line:
"Years ago, my mother used to say to me, she'd say, 'In this world Elwood, you must be (she'd always call me Elwood) In this world Elwood, you must be oh so smart, or oh so pleasant.' Well, for years I was smart -- I recommend pleasant. You may quote me."
- the character Elwood P. Dowd, from Mary Chase's Pulitzer Prize-winning play: Harvey
----------
Technorati tags: Smart, pleasant

I personally try to be both, LOL!
But if I absolutely had to choose one over the other, than I'd want to be nice.
I love that movie, especially for that line. I love your blog, by the way.
Crimson Wife - I agree the goal is to be both.
Linda - thanks for the vote of support.
