Keith Stormo is here today because he saw what Armadillo was doing a couple years back. He's been sucked in, and enjoying it. He listed the people he is working with as part of High Expectation Rocketry. They are working towards the Lunar Landing contest.
Their rocket is about 165 pounds, with a 55 pound payload. He reviewed the rocket statistics and showed us several pictures.
They are doing rocket development as a hobby, often working in the evenings after work from around 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
