Joshua Nelson introduced Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS). They have fifty chapters. They get about $35,000 a year donations.
They show students how to create sugar rockets. They help students to get excited about rockets.
There is an estimate that over 30% of those in the aerospace industry are eligible to return. SEDS is trying to make sure we have the next generation trained and ready to go.
Work with SEDs to get students to come work for you. SEDS would love old equipment, like rocket parts, scales, laptops, and so on. You can write off the equipment as a tax donation, since SED is a 501c corporations.
