This Wednesday, April 15th, there will be hundreds of Tea Parties across the United States. Here TEA stands for Taxed Enough Already. People are protested the unprecedented, incredibly high spending that the Federal Government has recent embarked on.
Janine will be taking our daughters Wednesday afternoon to a local Tea Party. I'll leave work a little early and join them.
I encourage you to check out Tax Day Tea Party. You should be able to find a local Tea Party (on the right side of the web page) with detailed information on where and when.
I think this will be historic. I even give it a good chance as the start of a new political party. More and more Democrats and Republicans have become the parties of big government spending.
Besides, it would be a good homeschooling activity.
