Space Access ‘07 - Registration and opening remarks

Registration started at 1:00 PM. People were excited to see each other. The check-in desk was busy. The room is set up for about 275 people.

It is raining outside. Recently Phoenix had a record high. It is cool today. There has been some thunder. It just started to pound.

Welcome and a few thoughts

Henry Vanderbilt started off the conference with a short message. At the start time there were about fifty people in the conference room.

He explained that several people were not able to make the conference because they were busy building prototypes and getting things to work. He said it was an encouraging trend, that people are making some good progress.
