She posted today about Siblings and Socialization. A psychologist recent said "Siblings have a socializing effect on one another." In More on Siblings Spunky writes about many different types of socialization that comes from having siblings spending time with each other.
In Homeschoolers and Testing Spunky cautions homeschooling parents not to help the government.
And next time someone says public schools need more money you might want to reference Spunky's post Your Tax Dollars Hard at Work. The Dallas Morning News looked into how teachers in the Dallas Intermediate School District spent money. It is pretty scary.
