Spunky reports that the NEA is trying to create barriers to homeschooling. Public schools continue to get worse and worse, but rather than fix their own problems, the NEA goes out and tries to handicap effective education.
At Home Education Magazine's News & Commentary, Valerie Bonham Moon disccusses a column by David Brooks on oxytocin and trust. Valerie explores what this means in terms of homeschooling. I've always thought homeschooling was so effective because of the one-on-one tutoring. It may be because of oxytocin and trust and bonding.
