One of the things I've struggled with now and then with getting older is back pain.
My mother found a good resource on back pain.
One of the best things I've found is just making sure to stretch every day or two.

My wife was out of commission for almost a year with sevear back pain. Walking 30 min to an hour every day is one of the best things you can do for your back.
ReplyDeleteI should also say that she stretches and does some exercises every day or every few days. One great book is Pain Free: A Revolutionary Method for Stopping Chronic Pain by Pete Egoscue.
ReplyDeleteWow, out for a year. I've had times I was out for a couple days, but a year is almost unimagineable. I'm glad she's better.
